my sister had gotten herself into some issues lately yes. but what happened to her last night was scary....



She was held at gunpoint, drugged, raped, taken a mile from her car, and robbed.



and she's not sure who the people were....



I'm not exactly emotionally ok today.

So my sleep habits went from ok to WTH. I slept 4 hours last night and about 6 hours the night before that. Both nights I went to bed around 10:30 woke up between 1:30am and 2:30am then couldn't got back to bed till about 5am. This morning I got up at 6:30 am, morning before I got up at 8:30.



I'm at school today for a good 13 hours. Including drive time. I might take a nap in my car between classes. If I can find time between homework and projects.

i used to sleep once in a while in the lounge when i went...because i'd have those days like you and you could just never catch up...and trying to do homework when you're tired...usually better to get that quick nap unless you're behind on something *hugs*

Why does it take so long for colleges to get back to you about their decision!

2 more weeks max and I will know if I got in...

I only wish there were more people out there like this man.

So I'm now a part of SWE. The Society of Women Engineers.



SWE should help me get scholarships, it should help me get a good job out of college. It's one of the best groups to be a part of if you are a woman in the engineering world.



Well my sister says so anyway.

In about 3 weeks I'll know if I got into UNC Charlotte.



I applied about a week ago now. My transcrips should get there sometime today or tomorrow. They said it should take 3 weeks most to know if you get in or not after they get your transcrips.



I applied for the next coming semester. So Spring 2010 semester. I'm really hoping I get in.



I need to look for scholarships though. Right now I'm taking 5 classes(15 credits) and have one book for each class. The total cost was just under $3000 for this semester. UNCC, since I'm an out of state student it will cost $15,000(12+ credits) and then I still have to buy books for each class. After a year of living there(if I live off campus for a year) I can apply for instate tuition. But that's still $15,000 per semester 'till I have instate tuition. That is why I REALLY need to find scholarships.

My sister really needs to get her head straight. She is making having a babysitter sound like a punishment. That my niece has to stay here when she's at work but her husband(not my nieces father) is at home just sitting on his butt. Me and my mom are NOT a babysitting service. My sister even makes her think that Mimi(my mom) has to do what my sister says. WTF??? Mimi is your MOTHER not your babysitting service. Because my mom doesn't have her own job to work on? beause my mom doesn't have her own life to deal with? her own problems? Which of course she does, but of course she ignores it all.



It's like my sister forgets what it's like living with my father... it's like she forgets that she is a MOTHER of a soon to be 7 year old(who acts like a 12 year old). She is YOUR responsibility not ours. If you really don't want to care for her then just give mom and dad custody. It's pretty much like they do already!



Gotta love family right?

it's also a matter for my sister being selfish. And she just took on a second job. that's another 30 hours a week we will have her daughter. (excluding when she is in school in the number.)

I was in a car accident last night... coming home from class. I'm not really sure how it happened.....



my hood is going to need replacing, and my car needs a paint job more so now then it did before.



No one got seirously hurt in the accident. I'm banged up some, but no major injuries. I'm sore from head to toe, yet I'm still at school, plugging away.



Hopefully my car doesn't need to much repairing....
